We will visit your property to ensure your system is functioning properly, address any existing issues, and help prevent potential problems in the future.

Below is a list of everything included in our contract:

$60 Per Visit - Scheduled Every 3 Months

• Effluent Pump & Tank Inspection

We’ll conduct a comprehensive inspection of your tank to ensure it’s in top condition, free from invasive roots, and verify that the effluent pump is thoroughly cleaned and functioning properly.

• Aerator Check & Cleaning

Your aerator may have filters or components that require regular maintenance. We’ll clean and inspect it to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Control Panel & Timer Assessment

The control panel and timer are the core of your septic system. We’ll carefully inspect them to confirm they’re functioning properly and maintaining accurate timing for device operations.

• Valve Switching & Line Inspection

We’ll check your leach lines to ensure they are functioning as intended and switch the valves to support proper operation.

• High Water Alarm Check

The high water alarm is critical for alerting you to potential system issues. We’ll test it to ensure it activates correctly when needed, keeping you informed and your system protected.

• Float Inspection & System Cleaning

If your system uses floats, we’ll clean them and verify they’re sending accurate signals for seamless operation.

• Septic Chamber Cleaning

We will thoroughly clean the septic chamber, removing dirt, cobwebs, and any unwanted debris to ensure it’s well-maintained.

• Septic Treatment

To keep your system in optimal condition, we’ll add a septic treatment that promotes a healthy and efficient system.
